UpAhead is a web-based student planning and academic support platform that helps students manage coursework, assignments, grades, schedules, and related academic workflows. The platform includes syllabus ingestion, calendar synchronization, LMS integrations, supporter/admin views, and AI-assisted study and scheduling features.

We are committed to protecting student data and earning the trust of the higher-education institutions we serve. This trust center provides transparency into our security posture, compliance artifacts, and operational practices.

Security & Compliance

UpAhead aligns its security practices with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO/IEC 27001-style control domains. The platform is hosted on Firebase and Google Cloud Platform with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. All data resides in the us-central1 region within the United States.
