How to cancel your subscription

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Open the Settings App. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. Select UpAhead AI. Tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Web (Stripe Customers)

Sign in at: https://app.upahead.online. Go to Settings → Subscription. Click Manage Subscription. Select Cancel Subscription in the Stripe portal

How to change your plan

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Open Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. Select UpAhead AI. Choose Annual Premium ($74.99/year). Confirm

Apple automatically prorates your remaining monthly subscription time.

Web (Stripe Customers)

Cancel your current monthly subscription

Wait for the current billing period to end

Subscribe to the annual plan

Email support@upahead.online for manual proration credits

Billing

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

• Processed via Apple
• Charged to Apple ID payment method
• View receipts: App Store → Apple ID → Purchase History

Web (Stripe Customers)

• Processed via Stripe
• Charged to your card
• Receipts available via email or Stripe portal

Refunds

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

• Refunds handled by Apple

• Submit at: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

• Apple determines eligibility

Web (Stripe Customers)

• Email support@upahead.online within 30 days

• Include order number + reason

• Refund processed in 5–7 business days

I cancelled but still see charges

Ensure cancellation was completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If you cancelled after this window, the subscription will renew one more time. Contact support@upahead.online to request a refund for unauthorized charges.
